At Reconnected we walk with clients as they experience the journey of discovering coping skills and solutions to hurdles they may be facing. We are a firm believer in both doing and talking, therefore, we incorporate talk therapy with experiential therapy interventions such as expressive arts, visualization, and other hands-on activities. We provide counseling services to adolescents, young adults, and adults by using Experiential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral. We believe that everyone is an expert on their own experience and possess within themselves the tools to overcome life's roadblocks. We believe that our past shapes us, but doesn't define us. Together we will address roadblocks such as depression, anxiety, stress, and self esteem. We are here to listen to your concerns and discover personalized solutions while engaging in fun, positive experiences. We are honored to be along for the journey.
